形容詞の比較級
形容詞の比較級に -er を付けるか、長い形容詞の場合は more + 形容詞 を使います。また、than を使って比較対象を表します。
（使い方の例）
１-er を付けた場合
・This book is thinner than that one.
この本はあの本より薄いです。
＊thin＝薄い
・Your dog is bigger than my dog.
あなたの犬は私の犬より大きいです。
・She is taller than her brother.
彼女は弟より背が高いです。
２ more + 形容詞 を使った場合
・She is more cautious than her colleagues.
彼女は同僚より慎重です。
＊cautious ＝慎重な
・Learning English is more difficult than learning math.
英語を学ぶことは数学を学ぶことより難しいです。
＊difficult＝難しい
・The new smartphone is more expensive than the old one.
新しいスマートフォンは古いものより高価です。
＊expensive＝高価な

ポイント
more + 形容詞 は、基本的に2音節以上の形容詞や副詞で使用されます。
