再帰代名詞について
①再帰代名詞とは？
再帰代名詞は「主語＝目的語」のときに使います。

②再帰代名詞を使ったよく使われる慣用表現
1. by oneself
（意味）ひとりで、自力で
- She went to the restaurant by herself.
（彼女はひとりでレストランに行った。） - I did it by myself.
（それを自分でやりました。）
2. help oneself (to something)
（意味）自由に～を取って食べる、使う
- Please help yourself to some cake.
（ケーキをご自由にどうぞ。） - He helped himself to a drink.
（ 彼は飲み物を勝手に取って飲んだ。）
3. enjoy oneself
（ 意味）楽しく過ごす
- We enjoyed ourselves at the party.
（ パーティーで楽しく過ごしました。） - Did you enjoy yourself?
（楽しめましたか？）
4. make oneself at home
（意味）くつろぐ、自分の家のように楽にする
- Please make yourself at home.
（どうぞくつろいでください。）
5. for oneself（自分のために）
（ 意味）自分自身のために、独力で、自分の力で
- She cooked dinner for herself.
（彼女は自分のために夕食を作った。） - He made a decision for himself.
（彼は自分で決断した。）
＊これは「by oneself（自力で）」と似ていますが、「利益や目的が自分に向いている」というニュアンスです。
６. beside oneself（取り乱して、我を忘れて）
（意味）我を忘れて、取り乱して
- She was beside herself with anger.
（彼女は怒りで我を忘れていた。） - He was beside himself with joy.
（彼は喜びで有頂天だった。）
